Below you will find the most important information regarding complaints and the return procedure. We have prepared everything in a simple and clear way to make the whole process as easy as possible for you.

To submit a complaint, please send an email containing:
- your full name and order number,
- a description of the issue,
- a photo of the defect or problem,
- your preferred way of resolving the complaint.
Returns
At Luletto, we offer products fully tailored to your needs and requirements. We encourage you to place your orders carefully and thoughtfully, because once the production process has started, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or make any changes to it. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check your order carefully before finalizing it.
If a return is possible, please follow the steps below:
- Download and complete the return form.
- Send us an email to reklamacje@luletto.pl with a scan or photo of the completed return form attached.
- Send the product back to the address indicated below, together with all accessories and the return form.
- Once received, the product will be inspected to verify whether it is consistent with its original condition.

Additional Information
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer acknowledges the agreed conditions for reducing the tax base for the delivery of goods or provision of services specified in the corrective invoice, consisting in the fact that the reduction of the tax base, in relation to the base specified in the issued invoice including tax, is made for the accounting period in which the Seller both issued the corrective invoice and returned the refundable amount to the Buyer’s bank account or in another legally relevant manner (cash payment, set-off).
