Complaints

All inquiries related to complaints should be sent to: reklamacje@luletto.pl

To submit a complaint, please send an email containing:

  1. your full name and order number,
  2. a description of the issue,
  3. a photo of the defect or problem,
  4. your preferred way of resolving the complaint.
The more detailed the information and photos you provide, the faster we will be able to verify your complaint and offer an appropriate solution.

Returns

At Luletto, we offer products fully tailored to your needs and requirements. We encourage you to place your orders carefully and thoughtfully, because once the production process has started, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or make any changes to it. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check your order carefully before finalizing it.

Important: pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (consolidated text of 9 March 2017, Journal of Laws 2017, item 683), the right to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded off-premises does not apply to consumers in relation to contracts where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to satisfy their individualized needs.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If a return is possible, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download and complete the return form.
  2. Send us an email to reklamacje@luletto.pl with a scan or photo of the completed return form attached.
  3. Send the product back to the address indicated below, together with all accessories and the return form.
  4. Once received, the product will be inspected to verify whether it is consistent with its original condition.

Additional Information

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer acknowledges the agreed conditions for reducing the tax base for the delivery of goods or provision of services specified in the corrective invoice, consisting in the fact that the reduction of the tax base, in relation to the base specified in the issued invoice including tax, is made for the accounting period in which the Seller both issued the corrective invoice and returned the refundable amount to the Buyer’s bank account or in another legally relevant manner (cash payment, set-off).
