Basic Maxi Duo Plus (version with drawer)

The BASIC MAXI DUO PLUS bed is a classic bed with railings in Scandinavian style.

When purchasing the BASIC MAXI DUO PLUS bed, you will receive a complete bed frame with a mattress base, vertical beams, with a drawer or drawers, and a set of railings visible in the photos.

You will also receive all the elements for assembly, screws, and water-based glue (which is necessary during assembly to bond the bed elements where they are joined with wooden dowels).

MATERIAL:
The beds are made of selected pine plywood class 1.
Glued wood is more durable than solid wood, does not crack, and does not have defects (knots).
All elements are hand and mechanically sanded, smooth – shapes are rounded.

FRAME:
The bed frame includes a mattress base and consists of non-connected spring slats.
Each slat must be attached to the bed frame using the pockets that are included with the slat kit.

DIMENSIONS:

The height of the vertical beams is approximately 54.5 cm.

The standard height of the legs under the drawer is 19 cm.

Bed legs are made of 45/65 mm elements.
The bed frame is made of 90/20 mm elements.

The BASIC MAXI DUO PLUS bed has an entry in the middle, railings on all sides, and two railings permanently mounted at the front of the bed.
The railing has a length of 1/3, so the railings have a total length of 2/3 of the bed.
Entry is 1/3 of the bed length.

The length of the railing and entry depends on the chosen bed length:

• for a bed with a length of 120 cm – the railing has a length of approximately 40 cm, entry approximately 40 cm.
• for a bed with a length of 140 cm – the railing has a length of approximately 47 cm, entry approximately 47 cm.
• for a bed with a length of 160 cm – the railing has a length of approximately 53 cm, entry approximately 53 cm.
• for a bed with a length of 180 cm – the railing has a length of approximately 60 cm, entry approximately 60 cm.
• for a bed with a length of 190 cm – the railing has a length of approximately 63 cm, entry approximately 63 cm.
• for a bed with a length of 200 cm – the railing has a length of approximately 67 cm, entry approximately 67 cm.

The total height of the railings from the bed frame is approximately 34 cm.
The gap between the slats is approximately 5 cm.

BASIC MAXI DUO PLUS is an option with an enlarged bed by adding a drawer/drawers.
If you choose a size up to 160 cm in length, you will receive ONE DRAWER as standard.
If the size is above 160 cm in length, you will receive TWO DRAWERS as standard.

However, if you want ONE DRAWER for a larger bed size, please indicate this in the comments when placing the order.

We also offer the option of a DRAWER WITH A SLEEPING FUNCTION, where you receive a drawer with an additional mattress base instead of regular bottoms. The drawer then serves as a second bed.

The front of the drawer has a height of 18 cm.

You can choose the handle for the drawer yourself, with two options:

• a milled handle
• a rope handle.

ATTENTION!
To the total size of the bed, add 9 cm in length and width.
Choosing a specific size from the website means the mattress size.

MAXIMUM BED LOAD IS 100 KG.

THE MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE DRAWER WITH SLEEPING FUNCTION IS APPROX. 80 KG.

VARNISHING:
The beds are varnished with water based paints, which are odorless and ecological.
The water based paint is hypoallergenic and child safe.

MATTRESS:
Mattresses are not included in the bed sets we offer.
However, you can choose a suitable mattress in the "Mattresses" section.
Selecting a specific bed size from the website indicates the mattress size.

The mattress fits into the bed frame by 3 cm.
Please choose mattresses with a thickness of 9-12 cm maximum.

Considering a 10 cm thick mattress for the bed, the child sleeps at a height of 37 cm.
When choosing a mattress for the drawer, subtract 10 cm from the chosen bed length.

(i.e., bed 160/80 = mattress 150/80)
The mattress for the drawer should have a maximum thickness of 9 cm.
