Basic Alto

The BASIC ALTO bed is a classic bed with Scandinavian-style railings.

When purchasing the BASIC ALTO bed, you will receive a complete bed frame with a mattress base, vertical beams, and a set of railings visible in the photos.

You will also receive all the elements for assembly, screws, and water-based glue (which is necessary during assembly to bond the bed elements where they are joined with wooden dowels).

MATERIAL:

The beds are made of selected pine plywood class 1.

Glued wood is more durable than solid wood, does not crack, and does not have defects (knots).

All elements are hand and mechanically sanded, smooth – shapes are rounded.

FRAME:

The bed frame includes a mattress base and consists of non-connected spring slats.

Each slat attaches to the bed frame with pockets provided in the slatted base set.

When choosing the bed size 200x120 or 200x140, the slatted base is flat, knotty, and made of solid wood.

BED ENTRY:

Front railing is detachable - universal.
Possibility of mounting the railing on any side (right - left).

ATTENTION!
Visible additional holes in the front frame element of the bed, vertical beam, and front railing.

DIMENSIONS:

The height of the vertical beams is approximately 53 cm.

The standard height of the legs is 10 cm.

We can make a bed flat without legs (please inform us in the comments).

In additional options, you can choose raised legs, like for a drawer – 19 cm (in the case of raised legs, the height of the vertical beams increases).


Bed legs are made of 45/65 mm elements.

The bed frame is made of 90/20 mm elements.


The BASIC ALTO bed has railings on every side.

The front railing is detachable and standardly has a dimension of 1/2 the length of the bed.

In additional options, you have the possibility to extend the front railing to the dimension of 2/3 the length of the bed.


The total height of the railings from the bed frame is approximately 33 cm.
The gap between the slats is approximately 5 cm.


ATTENTION!
To the total size of the bed, add 9 cm in length and width.
Choosing a specific size from the website means the mattress size.

MAXIMUM BED LOAD IS 100 KG.

VARNISHING:

The beds are varnished with water-based paints, which are odourless and ecological.

The water-based paint is hypoallergenic and child safe.

MATTRESS:

Mattresses are not included in the bed sets we offer.

However, you can choose a suitable mattress in the "Mattresses" section.

Selecting a specific bed size from the website indicates the mattress size.

The mattress fits into the bed frame by 3 cm.

Please choose mattresses with a thickness of 12-15 cm maximum.


Considering a 10 cm thick mattress for the bed, the child sleeps at a height of 27 cm.
