Bali Plus with fence rail (version with drawer)

BALI WITH FENCE RAIL PLUS is a classic bed with the rail, in a Scandinavian style.

It’s a classic type of a bed with a mini-house at the headboard.

Buying the BALI WITH FENCE RAIL PLUS you get a complete bed frame with a base for a mattress, vertical beams, elements of a mini-house, a drawer or drawers and the set of rails presented in the photos.

You also get all the elements to assemble a bed, screws and water based glue (essential in assembly process to glue the bed elements together where they are jointed with wooden pegs.)

MATERIAL:   

Beds are made of high quality pine plywood, 1st class.

Plywood is more resilient than solid wood, it does not crack and is free of defects (knots).

All the elements are hand or mechanically sanded, they are smooth and their edges are rounded.

BED BASE:

A bed base is included in a price, it consists of resilient slats that are not connected.

Each slat has to be screwed to the bed frame, necessary screws are included.

DIMENSIONS:

Height of the vertical beams to the mini-house is 100 cm.

Height of the (short) vertical beams is 58,5 cm.

The total height of the BALI WITH FENCE RAIL PLUS model depends on the length of the chosen bed:

• a bed 120 cm long – the total height at the highest point  -  140 cm,
• a bed 140 cm long – the total height at the highest point  -  145 cm,
• a bed 160 cm long – the total height at the highest point  -  150 cm,
• a bed 180 cm long – the total height at the highest point  -  155 cm,
• a bed 190 cm long – the total height at the highest point  -  160 cm,
• a bed 200 cm long – the total height at the highest point  -  160,5 cm.

A standard height of bed legs for a version with the drawer is 19 cm.

The bed legs are made of 45/65 mm elements.

The bed frame is made of 90/20 mm elements.

Taking into account a mattress with a thickness of 10 cm, a child sleeps at a height of 37 cm.

The total height of the rails from the bed frame is about 30 cm. 

The spaces between the bars are about 5 cm wide.

BALI WITH FENCE RAIL PLUS is equipped with a little fence bed rail on each side of the bed.

A standard front bed rail is ½ of the bed length and it can be removed.

In the “Additional options” you can ask for the rail that is 2/3 of the bed length.

BALI WITH FENCE RAIL PLUS is the option with the drawer/drawers.

If you choose the length to 160 cm, in standard you get ONE DRAWER.

However, if you choose the length above 160 cm, in standard you get TWO DRAWERS.

Nevertheless, if you want ONE DRAWER only for the bigger size of the bed – please, don’t forget to include this information in the “Comments”, while making your order.

What is more, there is an option of the DRAWER WITH SLEEPING FUNCTION. You get the drawer with the additional base for the mattress instead of a regular drawer.

The drawer becomes the additional bed.

A drawer front is 18 cm high.

You can choose between two types of the handles:

• a milled handle,
• a rope handle.

To get the overall size of the bed you need to add 9 cm to the given length and width.

When you choose a size given on the website you get the size of the mattress.

MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE BED IS 100 KG.

MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE DRAWER IS APPROX. 80 KG.

VARNISHING:

The beds are varnished with water based paints, which are odourless and ecological.

The water based paint is hypoallergenic and child safe.

Standard available colours are as follows:

- white (NCS 0300N)



- grey (RAL 7004)




- mint (NCS S 0520-B90G)




- blue (NCS S 0520-B10G)

- pink (NCS S 0520-R20B)

- clear coat

MATTRESS:

There are no mattresses in the bed set from our offer.
However, you can choose the right mattress in the -mattresses- tab.
Choosing a given bed size from the website means the size of the mattress.

The mattress goes into the bed frame 3 cm.
Please choose mattresses with a maximum thickness of 9-12 cm.

Considering a bed mattress with a thickness of 10 cm, the child sleeps at a height of 37 cm.

In the product photo, there is a 10 cm thick mattress in the cot.

When choosing a drawer mattress, subtract 10 cm from the length from the selected bed size.

(i.e. bed 160/80 = mattress 150/80)
The drawer mattress should have a maximum thickness of 9 cm.
