From what age can a tipi bed be used?
Tipi beds are intended for children from around 2 years of age – from the moment they leave the baby cot. Models with a safety rail are suitable for children aged 2–5 years. Versions without a rail or with a DUO rail are ideal for older, more independent children. The beds can support up to 100 kg.

How is the Duo version different from the standard one?
In the standard version, there is one rail, on the left or right side of the front, and it can be removed. In the Duo version, two rails are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the front, with an entrance in the middle. The rails in the Duo version are not removable – the opening remains permanently in the centre. Each rail takes up 1/3 of the bed length, and the entrance takes up the remaining 1/3.

Is a tipi bed a different height from a house bed?
Yes. A house bed has vertical posts finished with a straight roof, and its total height depends on the bed length. A tipi bed has slanted beams that create a tent-like silhouette – there is no horizontal roof, and the bed profile is triangular. The total height of a tipi bed should be checked in the description of the selected model, as it depends on the beam proportions.

Is the slatted base included in the price?
Yes. Every bed comes with a sprung slatted base made of flexible slats mounted in holders. The mattress is not included.
